I wish I could give this a zero

I read many things about this anime, and I thought it couldn't be that bad, but after watching this, I realized that it wasn't as bad as people said it was, it was even worse. This awful piece of trash has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, it has the worst animation I have ever seen, even though it was in the late 90s, terrible characters that make nonsensical decisions throughout the 80 minute running time.Music is generic and not to mention plot, it has plot holes so big you could put a building through them, an example of this is that in the beginning of the movie, they said that the world destroyed itself, and them the main villain says that humans destroyed the world. Not the mention the ridiculous and absurd things you see in this movie, like a penis cannon(Not hentai). Do not watch this piece of crap unless you have a group of people that are going to make fun of it, people say that the manga is better, and after reading half of it, it is much better( not that it's so hard to do), the manga might not be a masterpiece, but at least it has a plot, and that is much more than what I can say for this terrible anime.
