Jae Yeon and Ho Yeon are scared that they will be left alone if their grandmother passes. However, Gyeo Rye feeds them and gives them work to do. Meanwhile, the man in Room 403 wishes to leave the hospital once he gets his memories back.

Jae Yeon and Ho Yeon's grandmother passes. Gyeo Rye wishes to take them in. Meanwhile, it turns out that Yoon Ki Chun has never lost his memories in the first place. Without anyone knowing, he plans an evil scheme in the hospital.

Yoon Ki Chun calls upon his gang to the hospital. He is still the man he used to be and plans to take away everything that Tae Sik loves. Meanwhile, Tae Sik helps Joon Kyung to be free from despair.

Ki Chun and Tae Sik become hospitalized. While Ki Chun is bleeding out, Tae Sik's cancer becomes worse as his body is severely injured. Meanwhile, Gyeo Rye finally ends his relationship with Ki Chun. With nobody to bother him anymore, he goes back to where he truly belongs in Woori Hospice Hospital.

The time for Tae Sik's final wish has come. Although Gyeo Rye thought it is to hold Tae Sik's early funeral, it is actually a different event for Gyeo Rye. After Tae Sik's passing, his will to help those in need does not change. The hospital makes a foundation that helps Team Genie to grant people's wishes more actively.
