    Perfect Story

It was very difficult for me to continue watching another episode in a row once Episode 8 ended, but Episode 9 manages to maintain the same masterful level of narrative, direction, emotion, and power, with high-quality, human characters that manage to make you feel for them.

For the first time in two episodes, we left the Daedra and Cyril storyline, and probably rightly so with the tremendous climax we got for it in Episode 8. Episode 9 continues to deal with what happened after the Gorman massacre, and brings together some of the most beloved characters in the rebellion, while removing other characters from the plot who don't arrive until then.

The execution is phenomenal as usual, and this is the strongest arc of the season so far, maybe even of the entire series. Andor continues to establish itself as one of the best, highest-quality, most exciting, and smartest series to ever hit the screen.

Give Genevieve O'Reilly an EMMY, please!

I am baffled.. truely baffled qt the absolut greatness, quality and dedication on this show!

This arc has been a spectacular piece of writting, giving us moments we never thought we would ever see in Star Wars!

This episode was the text book of how to do an intense Spy/thriller, with incredible suspense and tension as you don't know who to trust or what will happen! The soundtrack perfectly creates intensity and keeps you on edge!

Alongside Attack On Titan's Decleration of War.. one of the most tense experiences I have had!

This episode saw the best performance Geneviève has delivered as Mon Mothma! Her speech was incredible and all the emotions she goes through.. perfectly conveyed

The speech itself was powerfull and feels more relevant today than I ever thought! The writting is next level!

"The death of truth.. is the ultimate victory of evil!"

3 Star Wars Movies in 3 Weeks

Do you realize that we've just been given three new Star Wars movies in the last three weeks? Each three episode arc of Andor season two so far has been as close to perfection as we could've hoped for. Not only that but the acting script writing costumes sets and special effects are some of the best we've ever seen in. Star Wars. Andor has provided us with so many iconic lines and important moments in the critical lead up to the battle of Yavin. The show and its performers have definitely done their homework embraced. What Star Wars is what it was always meant to be and elevated it for adult audiences who grew up with Star Wars. I particularly love how the show has given us so many important minor characters in both seasons who play an crucial role in advancing Andor's story, and who, without their contributions, the rebellion may have failed before it even got started. And last, but not least the score and sound affects. Have been knocking it out of the park episode after episode. I can't think of another TV show with the quality of music and sound. And it's quite an accomplishment for the music to be on the same level as John Williams' original scores. Just like the OG trilogy, the music, please and essential part in conveying the story and I can't say enough how much the music has moved me in countless ways throughout the series a huge heartfelt thank you to everyone that worked on bringing us the show it's honestly some of the best Star Wars we've ever seen.

    This show is a masterpiece

While not as heavy as the previous episode, this one keeps the tension ramped up to 11, with incredibly thrilling action. And yet still hitting an emotional chord, with a heartbreaking scene at the end.

Bravo to the writers, producers, actors, everyone involved in creating this piece of art.

I'm super ADHD, and it's hard for me to stay focused on one thing for long. But when I'm watching this show, you couldn't peel my eyes away from the screen at gunpoint. I lock in completely, absorbing as much as possible. There is no other show I'd rather be watching, I wouldn't pull my phone out if I was getting a call from my boss. I am obsessed with how good this show is. And I'm devastated that there will only be three more episodes.

    Speechless at the speech

What a time to be a Star Wars fan.

This whole arc felt like Tony Gilroy saying "you know what, I've got one incredible shot at saying everything I ever believed in and I'm gonna do it in Star Wars." And oh boy, are we the better for it.

No, this is not escapism anymore, it's cold hard reality. And it tells the most pressing issues of our time with clarity and urgency. I cried a lot during my first watch and even harder during watch two of this arc.

To see my beliefs, concerns, fears and activism represented in my favourite galaxy feels incredibly special to me. Thank you to Tony and the team, to the cast, to Kathleen Kennedy for pushing this and all our most beloved stories.

    Fight the Empire.

The imperial senate scenes were shot largely on location at the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts and Sciences) in Valencia, Spain. Previously, this site was already prominently featured in season three of Westworld (2016) as the DELOS headquarters.

At around 33:48, at the bottom of the screen, you can see the ISB spy, who Andor had just killed, blink.
    • Quotes

Mon Mothma: Fellow senators, friends, colleagues, allies, adversaries - I stand before you this morning with a heavy heart. I've spent my life in this Chamber. I came here as a child. And as I look around me now, I realize I have almost no memories that pre-date my arrival, and few bonds of affection that cleave so tightly. Through these many years, I believe I have served my constituents honorably, and upheld our code of conduct. This Chamber is a cauldron of opinions. And we've certainly all had our patience and tempers tested in pursuit of our ideals. Disagree as we might, I am hopeful that those of you who know me will vouch for my credibility in the days to come. I stand this morning with a difficult message. I believe we are in crisis. The distance between what is said, and what is known to be true, has become an abyss. Of all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous. The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil. When truth leaves us, when we let it slip away, when it is ripped from our hands - we become vulnerable to the appetite of whatever monster screams the loudest. This Chamber's hold on the truth was finally lost on the Ghorman Plaza. What took place yesterday - what happened yesterday on Ghorman - was unprovoked genocide. Yes! Genocide! And that truth has been exiled from this Chamber! And the monster screaming the loudest? The monster we've helped create? The monster who will come for us all soon enough - is Emperor Palpatine!
