Zhenya is going through a hard loss - her boyfriend Kirill died from household gas poisoning, and she herself spent several days in a coma. After that, she began to suffer from nightmares - in her dreams she sees dead people. Investigator Makarov, having learned about this gift, asks for help. A businessman was found dead in his own apartment, and the wife, partner and employee of the murdered man fall under suspicion.

A famous musician was found hanged in a musical instrument repair shop, having lost his arm and the ability to play. Makarov again attracts Zhenya to the investigation, but what she saw in her dream only confuses the investigation more.

The son of a high-ranking official makes a private request to search for a missing person. A young and outrageous pop musician claims that his fan, who periodically sneaked into his house, has disappeared. Zhenya herself persuades Makarov to take her on the case, because she is a passionate fan of the performer.

Makarov enlists Zhenya to investigate a murder from thirty years ago. In a dream, Zhenya encounters Marta, who lived at the beginning of the XX century. It turns out that Marta ran the anatomical theater and was a serial killer whose crimes were never solved. For the first time, Zhenya's dreams turn out to be so real that they harm her.

Zhenya and Makarov meet in a cafe, where the head of a construction corporation, accused of major fraud, dies as a result of an imitation of a terrorist attack. Zhenya knows who the killer is, but she is not going to tell anyone about what she saw in her dream.

Makarov brings his Wife to the scene of the girl's murder. Having witnessed the cruel tortures, Zhenya is experiencing severe stress. She also finds out that Makarov and her boyfriend Kirill were acquainted, and no longer trusts Makarov.

Zhenya becomes a casual witness of Makarov's meeting with the girl's killer, whom she saw in her dream the day before. Zhenya is kidnapped, injected with drugs, and she falls into a painful sleep.

Zhenya finds out who Makarov really is. Her gift turned out to be very useful to the investigation, but after all the events, she is in great danger.
