During the filming of the cheap TV series "Love in Love", actress Yulia Zaitseva throws a tantrum to her agent Misha and demands to immediately find her a good movie role. At this moment, the famous director Vakarchuk makes her a tempting offer that changes her whole life.

Waking up famous, Yulia is convinced of her talent. Now she demands serious roles and refuses to act in box office Russian films. Yana does not support the girl's ambitions and puts a spoke in her wheels, and Vakarchuk has to make a decision about his next film.

Yulia is completely broken after unsuccessful trials. She is undergoing rehabilitation at the spa and is going to the Woman of the Year award. Misha argues with Yana and looks for ways to cheer up Yulia. He convinces the eminent director to invite Yulia to the casting, but makes a serious mistake.

After a fight with Irina, Yulia accepts Vakarchuk's offer. A date with Diaghilev opens up new opportunities for the girl, and Yana ingratiates herself with Misha and learns Yulia's terrible secret.

Yulia tries to impress Vakarchuk with her acting, but the director is not happy with everything. A famous actor brings the girl to tears, and she runs away from the site. In the evening, she complains to Diaghilev, who comes up with an ingenious plan for revenge.

Vakarchuk's film is nominated for an Oscar, and Yulia is preparing for a trip to the United States. She plans to take Yana with her, and a frustrated Misha quarrels the girls among themselves. The illuminator asks Irina to pay extra for his help, but is refused. Then he decides to take revenge and slanders Vakarchuk.

Yulia's game in the film is smashed in the press. She is invited to the theater, but soon Yulia finds out that the theater troupe also considers her mediocre. Diaghilev sets Yana against Yulia, and she reports that she has an exclusive prepared.

On a talk show, Yulia runs into her father and goes off the air. Diaghilev asks to cancel the program, but Yana loses her temper and refuses. Out of desperation, Yulia goes to the theater, where a pleasant surprise awaits her, and Irina reconciles with Vakarchuk.
