A Powerhouse of a film! A Gem of Martial Arts Cinema!

Dojo is a powerful gem of martial arts cinema! If you know about story and film and what it takes to make a good one, you'll enjoy this film! It's as perfect as a martial arts film can be! Jon Paul's performance as the lead actor is excellent and so is martial arts choreography which is as real as it gets! The actors are real martial artists doing what they do best and then some! Because the acting is spot on, natural and believable. The story takes precedence which is something that really made me happy! Character, theme and plot are synchronized! This story is very well written!

The film's cinematography superb! The film in general is very engaging from start to finish and I enjoyed every single minute of it! Dojo is an absolute stunning masterpiece of martial arts cinema! I highly recommend it to everyone! Especially to martial artist and martial arts enthusiasts!

The production and quality of film is next level and I am happy to find out that this short film has won so many awards worldwide. It definitely deserves it! This is the new talent that should be paid attention to!

    Great Story and Acting

Watching this film for the first time captured my attention on key details about the story and with the character Shane Lucas that makes it so interesting. Visualizing his enemies before it actually happened is what made it so good! Especially how there is a message being sent here about overcoming your fears, staying focused on the task at hand, and not letting your past control you, that you have a choice in the present moment to take control of your life. The way the cinematography was shot with the superb acting done with Jon Paul, Christofer Aguero, and the rest of the cast made this short film a masterpiece.

    Martial Arts at its finest

This film captivates the audience from the go - it ensnares you with the plot and keeps you interested for the duration. It is well-written, has excellent performers and is extremely entertaining.

One does not need to be a martial arts enthusiast to appreciate the Judo techniques showcased in this short film, however, if you are a martial arts enthusiast, you will truly appreciate this film.

"Dojo" is a breath of fresh air in the Martial Arts film industry. The mastery, respect, knowledge and discipline of Judo shines through in this film. The Judokas in "Dojo" are not just performers, they are real-life Judokas.

An absolute gem combination of fight and poesy!

A beautifully executed action film where music and poesy take the profound message to another level. It speaks direct to your heart. Superb cinematography with shots that gives the audience the necessary time to absorb what is been presented. A well developed plot and very good conclusion. Jon Paul's performance is superb and so is the performance by supporting actor. Production values are flawless and I am not surprise this short film has amassed so many accolades worldwide. For someone who is not particularly interested in fighting this short film has kept me hooked from the very beginning. Dojo is an absolute gem!
