A true classic of the 1990's

One of the most random, unexplainable yet fascinating music videos ever made in Brazil in the 1990's was Kid Abelha's rendition of Hyldon's classic song "Na Rua, Na Chuva, Na Fazenda", which got a very upbeat pop sound and became more well-known among audiences. By random and unexplainable I mean I'd like to reason the criteria and reasoning behind the famous folks selected to perform the song in the video - a whole majority I don't even know who they are but the famous ones like actors Leonardo Vieira, Claudio Lins and Carla Marins, singer/musicians Ivo Meirelles, Gabriel o Pensador and Fernanda Abreu, socialite Vera Loyola, the Carnivalesque Clóvis Bornay...those I'm acquainted with but there are a dozen of whom I'd like to know who they are.

It's a very colorful music video and everyone, including Kid Abelha, are all happy, at times playing funny moves trying to feel the rhythm of the song and they're all shot in close-up shots with a colorful background behind them - except the musical trio of which some of their images are shot in black-and-white.

It's all interesting to see and follow through, just a performance from everyone involved and it feels like they are really in the mood for the project. It's very good and the song makes it all more interesting to listen, a thousand times better than the original. 10/10.
