After the boys get caught smoking on school grounds for the millionth time by Principal Slater, Robby, Tony, Jerry, Andy, Ricky, Brody, and Lenny search for a new designated smoking spot. Whether it's in the parking lot, under the bleachers, or even in the bathroom, the boys at Oaker High will do whatever it takes to be with their bogies.

It's lunch time at Oaker High where the food is anything but. The boys decide to ditch school to eat at King Munchiez up the street. After being spotted by Coach Pectoral, the boys race back to school before Principal Slater finds out.

Robby gets caught smoking on school grounds once again only this time he's really in trouble. Principal Slater sentences Robby and the gang to 10 days of in-school suspension. The isolation gets to be too much so the boys plan to bust out.

Oaker High is blown away by a tornado sending Robby to bogieland. There he must find the "Wizard of Oh" so he can wish himself home. Along the way Robby stumbles across his friends who each have wishes of their own.

Robby and the gang are forced to compete against three gym class jocks who are determined to show others that they are better. After a series of games the boys are forced to fight in an ultimate dodge ball war against the three jocks.

It's Homecoming weekend at Oaker High which means it's time to find a date for the homecoming dance. Robby and the gang decide to come out of their shells and find dates. Robby realizes he may have to go to the homecoming dance stag.
