Now, I have to start by saying that I had no idea who Bebe Zahara Benet was prior to sitting down to watch this 2023 stand-up comedy special. Not that it really mattered, because I watched this show to be entertained and amused, not because of whom was delivering the jokes.

The comedy of BeBe Zahara Benet fell entirely short of entertaining me. I didn't laugh a single time throughout the course of the 51 minutes that the stand-up comedy special ran for. And that made it a prolonged experience to sit through and listen to her deliver her material with every other sentence including the same obscenity swear over and over, and it grew very tiring, very quickly to listen to.

I am sure that fans of BeBe Zahara Benet will enjoy the show, and the audience seemed to enjoy it. I just happened to not find the contents or jokes funny, so the show was lost on me. And having sat through this ordeal, I can honestly say that I am in no rush to go out there and see what else BeBe Zaraha Benet has to offer.

My rating of "Bebe Zahara Benet: Africa Is Not a Country" lands on a two out of ten stars.

Super disappointed to not be able to WATCH this anywhere living in Spain, but I listened to it on Spotify and it was hilarious!

I put it on thinking it wad going to be a music album, but omg, I am glad to have stumbled upon this!

The people rating this bad A) don't know african nor african american humor B) Felt attacked in the jokes Or C) just didnt understand it.

I felt like I was there watching the show!

It felt like listening to my bestie on a phone call having a kee .
