When the team was doing a lighting test the week before the shoot, writer/director Sophia Costanzo accidentally slid the sliding door of the 1991 Dodge Caravan off of the car. They drove the car home with the door duct taped to the interior. Somehow, they managed to get it back on that night, and they were able to shoot in the car with no problems just a week later.
