Bardo

With it's dry British wit and two standout performances from Jackson Wright and Tash Morley, Bardo is a unique blend of mystery and body swap comedy that'll hold your interest and keep you intrigued from start to finish.

It makes great use of a limited number of sets, and a brisk pace and some well placed (and surprisingly high quality) digital effects avoid it feeling held back by its small budget.

Though it touches on some heavy themes, it manages to avoid feeling overly preachy or indulgent. At 40 minutes, it never overstays its welcome; delivering a satisfying conclusion while leaving room for interpretation long after the credits roll.
