I couldn't even finish the first episode of this horrible series. It's so childish, pretentious and over-the-top pretentious. The overacting by all the characters, especially those male actors were just disgusting, they looked and acted more feminine than the real women. The weird hairdo of the Korean young guys or even older men, with ugly hairs covering their foreheads is such a disgusting trendy hairstyle popularized by the K movies and dramas. The formulaic twisted and zigzag way of talking by the males also make them feel more like females. Then the poorly scripted dialog, making her look at the camera, delivering a narrative monologue again and again was another formulaic acting cliche that we often see in the K drama series or movies other than talking to themselves to let viewers know what's going on in their brain; their thoughts got to be exposed through their mouths. I really don't know how all of these viewers gave this moronic, pretentious, childish, overly exaggerated series such high ratings, almost every one of them is from 8/10 to 10/10, while I couldn't not survive its 1st episode.

6 episodes in and am already falling deep inlove with #TheLawCafe.
Apart from the solid and undoubtedly strong chemistry between #LeeSeungGi & #LeeSeYoung, the adaptation of the web novel and the script are well written and executed. The cliche's have a refreshing spin to it, and each episode's ending leaves you curious about what our characters will do next. The sensitive social issues are tastefully dealt with and the strong performances from every cast member leave a mark.
Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's chemistry is undeniably strong, both their eye-acting is enough to make you feel all the feels!
Definitely a KDrama worth binging and repeating. It's a rom-com drama with all the right twists.ππ

Lee Seung Gi plays Jungho character flawlessly alongside with Lee Se Young who also amazingly presents Yuri character as a persistent yet caring person lawyer is the spotlight. The stories told per episode are something that we can see in our everyday life. So, watching it may like that you see your daily life. Also, we can learn several moral values through the episodes. Some issues like bullying at school and apartment residents clash with the construction company are portrait in it. Love story is also the main plotline, which go back and forth from the high school and college of Jungho and Yuri. They will surely reunite as a couple again, for sure. The supporting roles also play crucial part, especially to enhance the comedy scene. It is a rom-com drama after all. Feel the joy watching it, so worthy!
I very much enjoyed The Law Cafe - the leads had great chemistry and the story was interesting and engaging. That being said, it was littered with cliches and should very much have been labelled/categorized as a melodrama. I was not expecting so many predictable and overly used plot devices, so that definitely affected my rating. These cliches made the story feel at times overly dramatic and sometimes even ridiculous. Although I was certainly never bored.
The acting was good all around, but I have to say the absolute stand out performance for me was the wildly entertaining, entirely insane character played by Jo Han-Chul. He completely stole every scene he was in, and at least half of my enjoyment came from watching him acting like a total lunatic.
Overall I enjoyed this, but probably wouldn't recommend it. Both the leads have been in much better dramas, and seeing them in those would be time better spent.

Finally finished this drama for 3 days. What I can say about this drama is that it was good at the beginning of the drama but in the middle it was quite boring. The story begins with FL father being involved in a case and being accused of being the cause of the deaths of many people in the factory he works in and the person judging him is ML father who was bribed. The story is very monotonous because it is easy to predict, like FL doing law counseling and being helped by ML and so on until the end of the drama. The romance isn't really felt in this drama because from the start there has been a very long time skip from teenage school days to work, so ml and fl already know each other and the romance approach isn't really felt because ml already had feelings from the start and fl had feelings at the beginning. At the start of the episode, it can be said that everyone likes each other, which is a bit of a shame because the romance genre and the law genre, as usual, don't really match because the law is more pronounced in this drama than the romance genre. Overall I gave this drama a score of 7-7.5, even though in the final episodes like episode 14, 16 I skipped a lot of scenes because I was bored, but in the end I was able to finish this drama.
