When you pick a movie based solely on the cast and poster, you're often bound to be disappointed, and this time was no different.
It's a family tale where a son falls in love with a girl, and, as fate would have it, his father falls in love with that same girl's mother. The question is, whose love story will get a happy ending?
The plot is as cliché as it gets. A similar thread was recently seen in Luv Ki Arranged Marriage, and this kind of story has been explored in many films before. However, the execution isn't all that bad. The drawback is that you know exactly where it's heading.
Parth Samthaan is decent and fits the role. Sanjay Dutt, in his usual element, works in favor of the movie. The best part of the film is Raveena R Tandon-she looks stunning, hasn't aged a day, and her performance is, as always, solid. On the other hand, the other female lead, Khushali Kumar, fails to act well and looks plastic. It's clear that she has undergone numerous facial surgeries, which make her appearance jarring to watch. Aruna Irani is decent in her role.
The comedy falls flat due to poor writing. The characters are also poorly written, making the film feel outdated. Even the suspense or twist, you can guess it in seconds. The songs are forgettable and skippable except Punjabi Munde. The cinematography is decent, offering a visually appealing experience overall.
Watch it if you're in the mood for a lighthearted drama and are a fan of the cast. Otherwise, you're not missing out on anything remarkable.

Disappointing movie. Such a pathetic dialogue writing and story telling with no relevance to current time. It was a cringe fest especially where romance with young cast is shown and the scenes of family get together or party. Ravvena and Sanjay Dutt's "presence could bot save the plot unfortunately. Emotional scenes in the movie did not connect to make an impact, instead felt forced and unconvincing. Songs were good. Lead actor did well in songs.
Writers and directors should focus on making scripts that are intelligent and the ones that make minimum sense. Any sort of emo one flawed big time!!

This movie is a waste of your precious time. Period. Right from acting to direction, dialogues, humour, everything is bland. There is simply no chemistry between the lead actor and actress. In fact the lead actress looks old in front of the lead actor. The acting is pathetic. Even sanjay and raveena couldnt save this film. Seems like both of them did this film only for money. The lead actress and raveena look like sisters instead of mother and daughter. Even the dialogue delivery is so lame. Looks like the dubbing didnt go well. Sanjay datt looks tired throught the movie. Avoid this movie pliz.
After a very long time, a clean family entertaining movie I have watched with my family without any embarrassment. This movie has conveyed the message of importance of love and acceptance of love that happens at any age. Sanjay Dutt and Raveena played their part quite well. It's the debut movie for the young hero Parth Samthaan. He aced both comic and emotional scenes. He has more potential and love to watch him in more movies exploring different genres. His screw presence is good. I loved the scenes between him and the legendary Aruna Irani. Director Binoy's first movie and he needs to be appreciated for giving us a thorough family movie. The music is one of the strengths of this movie. I liked all the songs wall the energetic performance of Parth in punjabi Munda song.
I really liked this. If you are into traditional 90s rom-coms that have a bit of drama, music, and comedy you will love this. Although the story is quite predictable it is a fun watch for some light viewing on a friday night. Performance wise, the cast is pretty good. Sanjay and raveena had really good chemistry. Parth was very good. Khushali's range is limited. It was kind of weird seeing her play raveena daughter - they look like 2-3 years apart from each other in age at best. The songs were ok. I probably would not watch this again but it was a good one time watch. Parth can go far with the right support.
