The character conflict is so so so amazing! That's one of the things this show does PERFECTLY! The dynamics are to die for! Whether it be between friends, or enemies.. or something in between! This special hits everything! The animation is to DIE for! Everything is so beautiful and catches the eye, and you can tell everyone working on it pours so much love and effort into it! The story and the big end to the season is done so well, and is super satisfying!

This show is a masterpiece, and this is no expectation! Everything that is amazing about this show is put on blast TENFOLD! Seriously an amazing watch!

Absolutely amazing!

The fact that people are review bombing something as beautiful as this series astounds me. The animation to the score to the characters to the writing is so expertly done with care and love and attention. Every character gets their moment, and it has an amazing conclusion that's equally satisfying and leaves you wanting for more. Stop spending your time reading the reviews and please just go watch this series and support it however you can as soon as possible, looking into the production and team speaks volumes about how much they care about this story. I guarantee you will not regret it, thank you LMK for continuing to be amazing.

I had a minor interest in the story before, but this show absolutely hooked me into all 4 volumes! The characters are so fun and layered, we get to see their growth as seasons go on. The animation goes above and beyond and is honey to the eyes.

This conclusion to the arc that's been building since season 1 was just. So satisfying and I love where the characters are taken, we have a creepy but effective villain and I love her. The lore of the world continues to pique my interest, and as always the fights are on par with most anime these days. Can't wait for season 4 to drop so I can continue!!

This show has crafted such an engaging story alongside gorgeous and flowing animation. The cast of characters in its 3rd season truly got a chance to shine along with their voice actors. The show changing from episodic to serial episodes is one of the best decisions the show could've made as you can still get the playfulness from the later seasons, but also an engaging and dynamic arc like the Lady Bone Demon arc.

Especially its main character, MK and the Monkey King got to shine in this special and to see how three seasons worth of story concluded in a way that restored my faith in a quality show made for kids but truly made for everyone. I hope this show stays and continue to creat even greater stories that honors the timeless classic of Journey to the West.
