Refreshing

I loved it. Was not a polished Hollywood film! However, very refreshing in its style, acting and cinematography. Stephen Spielberg, George Clooney and Brad Pitt were obviously not involved.

It was cute and fun to watch. I enjoyed watching it.

I enjoyed the farm, animals, characters and plot.

The plot was nice, acting was not polished, music didn't really fit, filming not polished, but still a fun watch.

I would say, give it a chance. I knew immediately, as you will that it was a bit rough around the edges. I gave it a chance and glad I did.

Was it worth the watch, yes it was.

Go ahead, give it a try!

Atrocious acting, bad cinematography, horrible screenplay

This movie was painfully awful to watch. The acting is forced and amateurish, particularly the performance by the writer/director. I've seen better acting at high school stage productions. The script meanders and drags along, taking its time then suddenly fast forwards a year. Some scenes go on for far too long. The direction and cinematography is also very amateurish - eye lines rarely match up when cutting from shot to shot. The music often feels completely out of place, too. The movie runs just under 90 minutes, but feels like at least twice that length. Avoid this at all costs. I am not joking.

Not even the horses could save this film!

I'm not sure if this was a home video, amateur actor promo film, but it certainly felt like it! The script and performances were so bad, it felt like an amateur dramatic society's B cast. It had so much potential but sadly the horses and scenery couldn't improve the film. I am surprised such dross was on prime to be honest.

If you like good films avoid this dross if you can, if not, turn the sound off and enjoy the scenery because that's by far the most enjoyable part of the film. The horses were decent actors, maybe the casting directors and screenwriters should find other employment, better suited to their talents.
