As soon as the rivers in the desert soundtrack kicked in it made this short film 10 times better. The music choice is excellent. One of the best soundtracks from a Budget Productions film.
The story is close to non existent unless you read the synopsis somewhere. The acting is good enough for the approach they were going for and the action is questionable but not awful. The best way to describe this is that it's VW: Bounty Hunters on steroids.
The ending is creative and interesting as it could set up a sequel in the future. The use of two persona tracks was great! I nice touch to this shambolic yet Amazing short film!

All I can say is yes to this. It's terrible but amazing at the same time. I enjoyed the music used in this short film. Some tracks fitted it really well. The acting is ok, nothing to shout about but not bad to the point of making this unwatchable. The story is ok. Nothing original but not cliche and boring. The ending has a nice twist that might be more original that some of Budget Productions short films. Considering this was made by Budget. Its probably the best looking short film they've made to date. Doesn't look flushed out like the virgin wars duology.
I still think Despondency is a bit better than this shambolic piece of entertainment but this stands strong enough on its own.

Wanted is a feel good short film. It's fast paced and has good comedy. But with a runtime of just under 3 minutes minutes means this ends out of nowhere. The ending does set up a sequel which is a nice touch to the possible future but it feels incomplete.
For a Budget short film it's on the same level as Virgin Wars original release. It's fun but has a lot of flaws.
The acting is the same as usual some teens doing gods work. Josh Foxon steals the show as VJ Nug. The others fulfil their roles well and add to the overall quality of the short film.
When you compare this to Despondency or Project Thorn it does lack a lot.

This is nothing short of a masterpiece. The acting is the best ever. The whole cast clearly gives it their all to deliver an exciting short film full of comedy and action. The Morbius reference is a class act. George Grozier was a surprise to be seen back in these short films, but a welcome one. The soundtrack it's very good. Some catchy songs and some absolute tunes. The action is interesting. Not really intense just plain out stupid. And I love that.
I was not expecting the ending, something a bit different from Budget Productions. A nice little twist to set up a possible sequel.
VJ Nug is a great protagonist yet he says around 5 words.

Wanted I'm assuming is set in England, VJ Nugs plane is shot down and he's being hunted. So an interesting idea. For the just under 3 minute runtime this unloads a lot onto you that you kinda have to watch it twice to understand what the hell is going on. However, some films don't need to make sense to be good. This is one of them. Does this deserve to exist? No. But I'm not complaining that it's here to stay.
The green screen effects aren't as I was expecting for a studio that puts little to no money into their short films. The acting is solid, the action is breathtaking and the soundtrack is unique.
