In this little while I bring you flowers, music, love and a poem from Emily Dickinson's Herbarium. In the first part of this trip we have been finding pearls in the form of back and forth cante, especially Colombianas ones. They are brought to us by Pepe Marchena, who is credited with creating this style of cante. We can also hear them from the voices of Angelillo, Carmen Amaya, Juanito Valderrama, Adela La Chaqueta, La Niña de Antequera, La Niña La Puebla, Pitingo, Arcángel and Estrella Morente. What beautiful voices and lyrics. And from the planet of Colombian women we move on to news, where we hear the latest from Morreo with Adiós Amores, by Alma, Röyksopp, Cabiria, Joe Crepúsculo... This week's literary recommendation is "Oídos que no ven" by Mariano Peyrou. I hope you enjoy it.

In this 10th "Cariño" I tell you about some of my adventures this week. One of them is the exciting visit to Isidro Sanlúcar's recording studio in his beautiful land, the Stereolab concert in Madrid last weekend and the visit to the house of another great master of life and art, the great Ginés Liebana. We listen to Gal Costa with Caetano Veloso. We are talking about President Lula and Gilberto Gil. We congratulate the great Carmen Linares for her Princess of Asturias. Our guiding light on this journey will be the soul, joy, art, compás and cante of the incomparable Chano Lobato. We also listen to Duquende, the latest from Los Punsetes and more good things.

Today we are lucky to have the visit of the great Sofía Comas. We talked to her about the process of creating her last brilliant album, "A un pájaro rojo". We travel with the artist through some of the musical and literary references that have inspired her to carry out this work. He tells us how he will take the album live, which by the way has a presentation date on March 9 in Madrid at the Teatros del Canal. We talk about all this, listen to music and have a lovely time.
