    A Fine Special

OK obviously us adults would rather pull our hair out than watch Bob the Builder (usually), but as far as kids shows go this one is pretty harmless. Much less annoying than, say, Barney or those Tinkly Winklies or whatever.

The kids really enjoyed it. The car puppets were really well done, and the sets. The music was not the greatest. Acting? Who knows? It's hard to judge someone inside a huge fake head or truck on their acting chops in a kids show.

The main thing is, the kids enjoyed it almost all the way through and that's who it's for.

While Dizzy was operated via remote control, the other machines (Scoop, Muck, Roley, and Lofty) all had actual drivers controlling them from inside.
