The Stickman

Understand this series is adapted from a real life story and I was trying to find out the details of the real events but unable to on the web. So far only 3 episodes have been released and they are all intriguing and I love them. This is a psychological thriller which I read will also touch on Stockholm syndrome. I'm not sure how it will be received by regular local viewers as it's quite out of the box. I for one am loving it! The cinematography and soundtrack delivers a cool, classic visual experience. Appreciate how each piece of music flows seamlessly to another setting the tone for the next scene very well. It's quite mesmerizing. Both Elçin Sangu and Engin Altan are well matched and excellent for this series. Love the rest of the cast too. I just wonder how many episodes will Tamer imprison Peri in the dungeon because there's a limit of how far the story can develop if she is not released soon. I certain love the whole new approach, classic directing and wonderful acting.

Not being Turkish and watching this series live and being moved to tears, shows amazing talented acting. Having experienced personal loss in my own life recently might be a factor but I think I would still be drawn to this series because of the realistic story line. I am able to watch with english subtitles later in the day which is amazing as well. What can I say, I cant get enough of this program and recommend that you watch along with me. Kudos to Elcin Sangu! Her performance is off the charts! Cop adam is my favorite tv series so far.. i love the relationship between tamer and peri.. they are star crossed lovers...i love them both.. i want more romantic scenes between tamer and peri..and please dont allow berin to get between tamer and peri...this is a great series.. main characters act so well. Specially tamer. Im in love with the actor. He acts with his eyes and expressions.. no words needed for him. Absolutely a great actor. Please reduce psychic personality of peri. We want our old peri back. The show has made peri a villain.. peri isnt a villain. She is the victim.. we ant tamer and peri to be togather..

Elcin Sangu is a very beautiful and talented young lady. She played Defne in Kiralik Ask about 6-7 years ago. Nobody could have played that role better than Elcin. I am confident that she will be very successful in the new series, Cop Adam. I will be waiting to watch future episodes to enjoy Elcin's talented acting, and hope that she will continue her acting career for a long time to come.

I have watched the first three episodes of Cop Adam, and expect to see Elcin in normal life settings than what she presented in the dungeon. Tamer is attracted to Peri (Elcin)'s mysterious looks and behavior and I expect Tamer to fall in love with Peri. I hope that Cop Adam will develop into an intriguing and exciting series.

Update: After watching 9 episodes, the series is going nowhere. The episodes keep repeating and repeating themselves just to fill the 2 hours time. The dialogue is getting boring and loss of interest, as if the series is written by novice writers.

Early episodes: Honor thy mother and father. That's what 'Tamer' is doing for his old parents. Series is completely different than other regular Turkish series. The one-hour and forty-minutes+ goes so fast while watching it. It is exciting to wait a week to watch the next episode. The series is suspenseful/dark and got great scenario. It does not bore you. Hope the writers keep it worth to watch it and do not ruin it.
