Season. 3 is so bad i almost puked

I don't know what got into tripling season 3. It is so boring, i had to paise and drag through myself. I was glad there are just 5 episodes. Each episode cringe worthly than the other. It's like every episode is trying too hard to beat each other into proving which one is the most bland. Chitwan get emotional and is so insensible even a kindergarten going kid is smarter than him. The parents act so cool and modern, living life to the edge and exploring the world. It's such a waste, and something that doesn't even in the western world. Just unrealistic and waste. Thoroughly disappointed. It's b.

Not enough story, not enough entertainment. This season didn't quite turn out to be a joy ride.

Tripling in my honest opinion is one of the weakest shows to have come out of TVF and I don't really understand as to why it needs follow up seasons. More often than not, TVF shows are found to be relatable and realistic, which was loved by everyone because if offered them a refreshing break from the kind of content being delivered by the television shows and movies in India; but somehow Tripling does not fall under that category, as certain things depicted on the show are either relevant for only a small section of the audience or are so exaggerated that it just feels stupid.

The concept of Season 3 was revealed through the trailer and once again it wasn't something that we usually see happening in our society, and I couldn't enjoy watching this season because it was difficult for me to digest or make sense of what was being shown on screen. Of course, it may have appealed to some viewers, every person has their own perspective and what I am writing is just my viewpoint.

Chitwan, played by Amol Parashar, was supposed to be a funny and somewhat slow thinker kind of person, but for some reason his intelligence has been reduced to zero in this season. He files a lawsuit for the custody rights of a child that has no biological connection to him; it's not possible for anyone to be this stupid, why did the writers turn Chitwan into such an illogical person?

A big problem with this season was that there wasn't enough story to tell. This season wasn't about Chanchal, Chitwan and Chandan, but their parents and that plot just kept repeating itself till we reached the end of the show. A song followed every few scenes because that's an easy way to fill in some time and carry forward the story when you don't have any interesting ideas and subplots. Also, the creators somehow forgot that Chanchal got pregnant last season, as she did not have a child nor did she mention anything about it.

The concept of separating in old age to fulfill their dreams despite being in love with each other is something that just didn't make sense to me. During old age, health and financial condition take a nosedive and more often than not, the only support that they have is that of each other. Of course, there must be some privileged individuals who could afford a lifestyle like that, but that would be a very small section of the society. Most people at that age wish to live an active and peaceful life with their loved ones. In the first season we learned that Chandan's parents wanted to live out their retirement days in their house which they had transformed into a guest house as well as an Ashram. Later on we also learned that they were travelling the world together, so what changed now? It's an idea that I just couldn't resonate with, and so it was quite difficult for me enjoy the show despite all the explanations being offered.

The acting by everyone was good, with Kumud Mishra leading from the front this time. Kunaal Roy Kapur was once again wonderful with his comic timing. The music was soothing, with 'Patang' composed by Nilotpal Bora and written by Hussain Haidry being the most beautiful of them all. The problem however was with the screenplay, which neither engaged me nor did it intrigue me.

I would have much rather preferred this show to remain an adventure ride for the siblings where they go on a new trip every season. Sometimes the best thing to do, is to keep things simple.
