Freddie and his buddy, Ryan, encounter a couple vampires on their night out, including Biff the Human Slayer, aka "the chosen one".

Now a vampire, and starving, Freddie learns some tricks from Biff, while begrudged victims Courtney and David lead an angry mob against them.

Resting at Biff's lair, Freddie struggles to adjust to vampirism, as Biff schools him on David's anti-vamp cult, The Holy Suns.

Biff and Freddie figure out their teamwork when a beastly Holy Suns assassin storms Biff's lair.

Freddie tells his religious parents, at dinner, that he is a vampire, and they don't take it very well.

Due to be executed for a rampage, Freddie is broken out of jail, by Biff's arch-nemesis, the Sire, who attacks the police station with her pet bat.

Courtney wakes up, now a vampire, and is ambushed alongside Biff, by David and the Holy Suns.

Biff and Courtney arrive at the Holy Suns' hideout, unaware Freddie and the Sire have already taken it over, and are waiting for them.
