With the show featuring live phone calls from viewers in a late night timeslot, one of the "draws" of the show for many was seeing if people would misuse the opportunity to shout inappropriate abuse at James before he was able to cut them off.
This particular edition features a caller, "Keith from Finchley", who casually tells a story about how he was made redundant but kept it a secret from his parents, allowing James to relax into the call before quickly saying: "Anyway, James, you bald c*** - pratt!"
James keeps putting the caller back on air after cutting him off, asking him what else he wants to say, twice getting just the answer "pratt!" The call immediately afterwards sees a "Jolly from Newark" get cut off with the phrase "my dick".
