Two of the series' main actresses, Aja Naomi King and Kelly McCreary, went on to star in shows produced by Shonda Rhimes. King stars as Michaella Pratt in "How to Get Away With Murder" (2014), and McCreary stars as Maggie Pierce in "Grey's Anatomy" (2005).
