Apparently Emraan and Randeep didn't get along well during the making of the film.
The film had several usage of bad words which had become a trend after Delhi Belly.

Sanjay Dutt was signed for Randeep Hooda's role but opted out. He was then replaced with Vivek Oberoi.Finally Randeep stepped into the role.
It was later decided to make the film into the a sequel to the earlier released Jannat.
