    worthy candidate to IMDb bottom100

Obviously its time to wake up and realize that director / writer is completely devoid of talent. All too theatrical. Dialogues dry and reminds ping-pong. Some lame theater scene. It is hard to believe that someone let this on the tape. It feels like a day before filming all have abused Rohypnol. Complete idiocy. Forgive mistakes? Why mock the viewers? And shooting full-length? A man who will say that everything is okay with the film is completely our of his mind. When a person does not feel he has no talent for direction and further dulls the surroundings, something to step up and say it loud. Time to wake up, because the movie is complete diarrhea.

reality in the country loads of problems, but few of them extremely important for Democratic EU Country

Having feelings, talent, bravery, understanding of beauty, etc. the Director transfer them to the movie 'We Will Riot"! Very specific, unique elements of Lithuanian culture was shown to the audience in it good perspective. Crystallising the bad elements in Lithuania: RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA, CORRUPTION is not unique, but radically different from a 'normal' scale in Western Culture. I was glad to support $2 watching this movie guessing that it created by a person experienced these feelings from very deep inside! This movie, that makes me think after and proud of everyone who was involved creating it! Hope that you will not SKIP this and will watch this movie and will try to understand from these people point of view? or if you already seen it together with UNDERSTAND it PLEASE make your review, too.

I don't know how I feel about this movie

I watched this movie when it premiered in lithuanian theaters, and what can I say, this is one of those "so bad it's good" movies. I rivals Troll 2 and Birdemic in it's incompetency. I don't remember many details, as it was a long time ago. But I do remember that I started laughing halway into the movie at the absurd plot that took it self way too seriously. The main plot is something a scoobydoo villain would think of, and they fell short of making whoever the main antagonist was twirl a classic cartoon villain mustache, and tie a fair trans dame to a railroad track. Santabarbara had more nuanced plots then this movie. It tried super hard to portrai it self absolutely seriously as some grand pro LGBT message (I have no problem with that), bet the script just came off as written by an 10 year old. I would give it a 0, but I did laugh alot and I was almost entertained, so I'll give it a 5 for effort. Beter luck next time ...

    Loved it

The first thing that made me fancy the film was the modern look, the quality, the sound and especially the soundtrack of the overall film. It really accurately encompasses Eastern European country issues, which are shown in this film. Some out-of-the-ordinary situations, which are usually ignored by the local people and even provoking to them: racism, sexism, homophobia, corruption to some extent. It also describes American fighter spirit, which long-term oppressed Eastern Europeans often lack and inspires leadership, standing up for yourself, recovering from the self-influenced fears and criticism. It really shows all of the above things from a very positive and beautiful perspective. Loved it!

I wouldn't wish this movie on my worst enemy

An utterly pointless exercise in film making that looks like a woeful student project with virtually no redeeming qualities. It is amazing to me that the producers found the funding for this folly. But, I guess they peddled the project as something other than what it turned out to be -- a worm's eye view of Vilnius designed more for shock value than anything else. Sadly, it wasn't even that shocking.

It was just plain dumb. Starting with an inert script where a mixed- race black kid comes to Vilnius looking for the grandmother he never met, and then immediately finds himself thrust into the busy nightlife of the city, managing a municipal-funded night club, only to find it is all just a cover for a sinister plot. Acting was even more awful, looking like the producer just took whatever kids at the night clubs, but then they didn't have much to go on.
