Caul's Folly

I'm watching in the UK on Netflix and it seems that it's jumped an episode. Something is missing. This is very annoying.

This episode was alright for action but the story had as many wholes as watering can. Things didn't make sense. Some things needed more detail. The writing could be better.

What's up with some scenes between Dick and Kory, talk about lingering.

Better visual effects compared to previous episodes but this could be because certain characters didn't have a heavy presence.

Will continue watching to finish this season but this is the worst season to date, the previous three were much better.

Seems to me they had a nice idea at the start of the season, but didn't have enough of a story to fill a season. So now we are Literally stuck in some town we have seen in way too many other series and movies.

What's worse is that they spend even multiple episodes in it. And from the start you just know they will escape, it is just waiting and waiting.

On a sidenote, they sneak in succes songs from guardians of the galaxy and blacklist. As if tnat makes it somehow better.

Another annoyance from previous episodes is tne 'investigation logic' when they read a language, guess it might be numbers and then be correct and the computer magically translates it in a second....

They do this really fast, otherwise everyone notices how impossible and badly written it is.

I am very disappointed.

PS deaf people do not talk fluently. Sigh.

I see why this series is ending pity it had such promise in year 1... this 4th season is not well put together storyline that are uncessary for a superhero series. The trigon storyline is full of holes lex dying off conner being bad based off of words from lex?

The characters are not believable except for dick, and conner and they are at odds people who should not be main characters are getting too much screen time which doesn't advanced the story line.

Deathstroke, redwood even lex mobe the story along all the personal story's take up way too much time on characters with no depth and shouldn't.

I've not exactly been a huge fan of this show, but I think it's been pretty decent and has gotten a lot of quite undeserved hate from the community. Feel free to disagree, but it's my opinion

The show is going to be coming to an end with the final episode of this season, and this was a decent start to Season 4 Part 2. Nothing amazing, but a strong start that gets the ball rolling for the next few episodes

I'd go into how I'm happy/sad this show is ending, but that's not the point of this review. Like I say, this was a quite average episode for this show. So, I enjoyed it, but I get the feeling that a lot of people probably won't.
