This is the first The Cat in the Hat movie to be produced in the scope 2.39:1 aspect ratio unlike the live action film, which is produced in the taller 1.85:1 aspect ratio.

Bill Hader was in the TV show Barry (2018) that he co-created with Alec Berg who previously co-wrote the 2003 live action Cat in the Hat movie with Mike Myers in it.
