When getting transferred in a remote village, government School teacher Santosh fight against caste discrimination. However, he encounters with unexpected hurdles and his own identity gets questioned.

On the auspicious day of Holi Dahan, a downtrodden boy gets brutally beaten by Banher, a remote village in Madhya Pradesh, dominant upper caste people. Few months later, Santosh, a teacher, arrives in the village and takes charge of primary government school. Majority of downtrodden childrens absence in the school immediately surprises Santosh. When he asks the reason of very less number of downtrodden childrens, school peon Kadwa blames it to village's caste discrimination. Santosh, a man of principles who believes in equal education for everyone, decides to change the scenario. However, very next day, Santosh encounters with lady sarpanch's husband Ganpat, who threatens him to not interfere in village's social dynamics. Ganpat, who rules and dictate terms in the area, manipulates villagers and convince them to not send their childrens to School to protest against Santosh's social engineering attempts. Santosh, however, remains firm on his decision and manages to convince more and more downtrodden villagers to send their childrens to School. Ganpat, along with two of his close associates Chagan and Bhagan, tries every trick to stop Santosh's mission. Ganpat's own sister in law Bharti, however, supports Santosh, as she starts liking him. Ganpat now changes his stratgey and proposes Santosh to mary Bharati. However, just then, Chagan and Bhagan finds Santosh's real identity. Knowing a shocking truth about Santosh, a furious Ganpat ridicules him in front of villagers and threatens him to face the consequence. Santosh, however, remains determined, as he now pledges to completely erase the caste discrimination from the village. What's Santosh real Identity? Will he be succeeded in his mission? What lies ahead in Santosh and Bharati's love story? As Santosh tries to change the society, he encounters with unexpected hurdles, conspiracies, protests and his own identity gets questioned. The mystery remains unsolved till very last that whether he will be able to make a change or not.
