Snapchat has pulled the plug on Snap Games, with the feature no longer available on Android, iPhone, or the web. Snapchat introduced Snap Games in 2019, and by 2021, over 200 million people had played the interactive video games within the Snapchat app. In July 2022, Snapchat released the Ghost Phone game with an elaborate storyline and extensive use of augmented reality. This was just one of the dozens of games available on the platform.
If users don't see games in chat any longer, that's because the feature has been discontinued. Snapchat's support website confirms this too. GamePigeon, the popular gaming app that was designed for Apple's iMessage, has been a fan favorite since its release alongside iOS 10 — at least for Apple users. Despite calls for iMessage to be available on Android, the service remains exclusive to Mac, iOS, and iPadOS users. Tmg Studios wants more MeatCanyon.
The YouTube cartoonist already has one Tmg Studios podcast, Meat Locker, with both Cody Ko and Noel Miller, where they chat with “high-profile guests…that may not be their real selves.”
Now he and Miller are adding to the lineup with Stretch and Fade, where they’ll talk pop culture—everything “from the shows they’ve been consuming to the weirdest videos MeatCanyon finds scrolling on Twitter,” per the podcast’s official description.
Stretch and Fade‘s hour-long premiere debuted Feb. 20 and includes scintillating topics like “Gucci NASCAR,” “Tim Cook’s Revenge,” “how much incest should be included in House of the Dragon,” and the best places to die.
New episodes will drop every Monday.
This is Tmg Studios’ seventh podcast. It also produces Ko and Miller’s flagship show Tmg, Ben Cahn and Emil DeRosa‘s Trillionaire Mindset, Brooke Averick and Connor Wood‘s Brooke & Connor Make a Podcast,...
