Disgraced former U.S. president Disasturd U. Grope and his Russian keeper, with soldiers from the People's Republic of St. Pierre, charter a boat in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for the purpose of invading the newly-independent nation of Boggy Marsh Swamp Island, A.K.A Aminadab's Island. However, unknown to them, the mercenary Sleet Megatestes has defected and warned the inhabitants of the Island, who are ready for them and make them go away, primarily due to the efforts of the Very Interesting Women. Unfortunately, the blind hermit sage Mr Nonose, shortly after declaring the island's Eclectical Collage method of electing a president Exceeding Silly, was blown up by his toilet exploding. His funeral was held jointly with the wedding of Harvey and Photon, presided over by the medicine man Screaming Catheter. In the end, after flirting with Sleet and Captain Pat, Kinky Cumming finds love with the green-faced Cockney hunchback Aminadab among the rutabagas.
