An Incite Into The Begining

There was light. There was sound. Much later there was Google. It is a documentary focusing on one of the most succesful start-up IT companies in the world!

It's got a lot of soundbite quotes to make Google look good but the narrative is pretty damn accurate and it is a nice incite into behind-the-scenes.

There are lots of paid actors representing employees which doesn't really work as well. What I did enjoy was pulling original footage of the founders and seeing it compelled together.

It's also a nice length for this kind-of-documentary. I remember using Ask Jeeves and Yahoo before Google and I am really showing my age here. I also enjoyed Geocities but when Google came in it all changed.

Now it is the titan of search-engines. It's a very important company and one of the few which I can safely say that I use daily and are a very important aspect of my lifestyle. I appreciate Google even though this documnetary felt a bit dated and drony at times.

Thank you to the founders for improving my lifestyle.
