"HWJN" is not just a film

It's an experience that captivates and transcends. As the credits rolled, something extraordinary happened: the entire audience, moved and exhilarated, burst into applause. This is a rarity, a testament to the film's profound impact.

Baraa Alem and Naif Thefiri deliver performances that are nothing short of amazing. Their portrayal of the characters is so authentic and engaging that you forget you're watching actors. They bring depth and realism, making every scene memorable.

The direction of "HWJN" is splendid. It's clear that every shot was meticulously planned, contributing to a seamless and engaging narrative. The director's vision is evident in every frame, creating a compelling story that's both visually stunning and emotionally resonant.

The sound and visual effects deserve a special mention. They are spot-on, enhancing the film without overpowering it. The effects add to the atmosphere, creating an immersive experience that's both realistic and enchanting.

"HWJN" is a must-watch, a film that not only entertains but also leaves a lasting impression. It's a rare gem that combines great acting, excellent direction, and technical prowess.

    Great movie, could be better

I watched the movie twice so far, and I'm still in love with the story, I'm one of the people who enjoys the book more than the movie.

    Positive:
    • great story
    • good directing

    Neutral:
    • some of the actors did very will, one of the ones I liked is Naif Al Zufairi who did the role of Xinaam, and Baraa who did HWJN, some of the actors are that great, which is understandable as the movie industry is still in its infancy.

    Negative:
    • the music was very western and kind of loud in some areas, I wish if they included some eastern music as the story is very eastern
    • the custom and make up was not great, as it is a low budget movie, and they couldn't make it better.

    Spectacular

"HWJN" is a spellbinding fantasy movie that weaves together a captivating tale of love, magic, and the collision of two worlds. The film introduces us to a male fairy named HWJN, who becomes enamored with a human woman. This forbidden love sets the stage for a mesmerizing journey that explores the boundaries of love, the clash of different realities, and the power of acceptance.

One of the most compelling aspects of "HWJN" is its imaginative and immersive world-building. The movie effortlessly blends the mystical realm of fairies with the human world, creating a rich tapestry of contrasting cultures, beliefs, and traditions. The visual effects are nothing short of breathtaking, bringing to life the enchanting landscapes of the fairy world and the bustling cityscapes of the human realm.

At the heart of the film lies the poignant and heartfelt romance between HWJN and the human woman. Their love story is beautifully portrayed, capturing the universal themes of longing, sacrifice, and the transcendent nature of love that knows no boundaries. The emotional depth of their relationship resonates throughout the movie, drawing the audience into their world and making us root for their love to triumph against all odds.

Moreover, "HWJN" is not just a love story; it is also a thought-provoking exploration of the complexities of coexistence and understanding between different beings. The film delves into the challenges and prejudices that arise when two disparate worlds collide, shedding light on the universal struggles of acceptance, empathy, and tolerance.

The performances in "HWJN" are nothing short of stellar, with the actors bringing authenticity and depth to their characters. The chemistry between HWJN and the human woman is palpable, drawing us into their emotional journey and making us invest in their fates.

In addition to its compelling narrative and performances, "HWJN" is also elevated by its evocative musical score, which heightens the emotional impact of key moments and adds an extra layer of enchantment to the storytelling.

In conclusion, "HWJN" is a spellbinding and emotionally resonant fantasy movie that transcends genre boundaries. It is a testament to the enduring power of love, the beauty of diversity, and the universal yearning for connection. Whether you're a fan of fantasy, romance, or thought-provoking storytelling, "HWJN" is a must-see film that will leave you spellbound and deeply moved.

    Could be better.

I was so excited to see this movie ( I didn't read the novel) I booked my ticket in the opening night. In the first 10 minutes I was impressed but Then... the movie started to go down hill from there. The direction was excellent .. the cinematography was Hollywood like.. the camera work .. the atmosphere.. the color and lighting were good.. but then comes the dialogue.. was so bad , the acting was like school show or worse . The audience started to laugh about the acting like it's a comedy movie.

I am a Saudi and support Saudi productions, and so far so proud about what they delivered but not this one.

This movie had the opportunity to be one of the best movie in the region and to be recognized world wide but unfortunately very disappointing.
