Seriously what the heck a 6.7 score. Bruh grojbsnd was actually good like I give it a 8, it's not perfect like 9 or 10, but this makes me feel so confused why it doesn't have much love. The songs were pretty decent to me actually and Corey and Laney weren't bad characters either I enjoy those two a lot. Seeing Trina, different unique ways to see her go diary journal mode like the reasons. Oh and Laney is my favorite character. The theme song is actually not bad and the show can be funny sometimes. This, is a ton. Thousands times better than sidekick easily. I'll take Trina over Vana, Corey over Eric, and Nina over kitty any days. So yea this show isn't that bad is it good, but again not perfect.
This is the best cartoon and best show ever in my opinion! The songs are really catchy, the characters are likable (Except Trina, she's horrible), and the episodes (Except It's in the Card, that one sucked) are amazing!
My favorite characters from this show are the groupies, Kate and Allie. OMG!!! THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE AND ADORABLE!

Grojband! This show is cool, funny and charming. It features 4 teenagers who formed a rock-n-roll garage band and ends up making things right for everybody, except for Trina (Corey's rude, obnoxious, spioled brat of a sister) who wants to bring her brother and his garage band down. The animation is well-down, the humor is sweet, and the writing is not bad. Oh, and I totally ship Corey x Laney, (Laney has a huge crush on Corey) seriously, Corey x Laney is one of the best shipping ever. I give Grojband! an 8.7/10
There is one thing that I hafta say. It is that "Grojband" was a pretty cool show. The reason why I say this is because the Animation style for this show was so wonderful & I even like a majority of the music that the main protagonist Corey performs with his homies Laney, Kin & Kon. I remember a time back when I was a 12 year old boy, this cartoon helped me feel better when I decided to change to this program as a means of clearing my head of that annoying "The Flintstones" junk. My favourite character in this show has to be Corey as he was a really cool kid whom wore a nice outfit & I liked his blue hair. I sometimes wish that this show would've been picked up for Another season as opposed to it ending after 1 season aired. & The way I see it, this show is NOT as bad as my Internet colleague says it is.
Grojband is a very cleverly-written and finely-executed show. For a show that revolves around music, this show definitely doesn't disappoint with the different song styles done each episode. Whether it's traditional rock, or something different like polka, banjo, romantic ballad, gospel, and even light elevator music, the show branches out to appeal to every music fan.
The characters are very likable and easy to relate to, whether it's to one's self or to one's bossy older sister who always needs to have their way.
The plot lines, however, is what sells it for me. Rather than pattering to the children and having a bunch of poo and pee jokes, the characters actually have to brainstorm and overcome what could easily be real-life scenarios kids and teenagers could face. Sure, the quick fix isn't as easy as fixing in the show with a diary meltdown, but it still offers some believable problems a human being could face, such as crushes, jealousy, personal change, and of course, sibling rivalry.
As for the show's humor, it has a fairly-balanced mixture of pop culture and original jokes to keep the viewer entertained. It's not littered with non-stop jokes about Pop Musicians and Social Networking, just enough to move the story along or to make a quick chuckle. The show's original humor, though, is neatly-timed and keeps both children and teenagers alike amused, especially with the Looney Tune-esque sound and visual effects.
In conclusion, in a era where cartoons have to be taken seriously to get one's approval (looking at you, Legend of Korra), Grojband is a nice chance of pace. It has an even balance of real-life situations to an extent you don't get bored with it, as well as plenty of well-timed cartoon gags and jokes. Give it a watch!
