When her parents' comedy bar unexpectedly closes down, Betty does everything in her power to save her family's home. Embracing her drag side, she pretends to be a gay and joins Manila Queen Supreme, the biggest drag competition in the country.
Betty realizes that joining a drag competition is not an easy feat, but finds an unlikely ally in Jason. As they move forward to the next round of Manila Queen Supreme, Betty gets puzzled by an unfortunate experience of one of her competitors.
