Richie Mehta's 'Poacher' beautifully depicts the hard-hitting reality of Indian wildlife conservation and its perilous poaching. The ensemble cast boasts Nimisha Sajayan, Roshan Mathew, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and others who have done a stellar job. The episodes are almost 48 minutes on average, with a gripping screenplay and captivating cinematography. This is not a typical thriller that we're used to seeing but hooks the audience from the very first episode. The VFX shots of wild animals are excellent. You will definitely fall in love with wildlife and the forest after completing the series. This is a must-watch series without an iota of doubt.
After a very long time i sat with my family and watched this series without any hesitation of skipping a single scene which could be inappropriate. Each and every character have played their role beautifully without any doubt. Highly recommend this to everyone irrespective of age. More of such work should be done to capture the essence of life which just goes non captured among the hullabaloo of irrelevant movies.
Now coming to the cast - Nimisha has done an extremely superb job in the movie. She has been the best with her acting at each and every episode. Dibyendu seems to be so natural as always. I have hardly seen any movie/web series where he has not been anywhere close to being the best. I honestly want him to do more and more work so that we can see some good acting which seems to be rare these days.

Based on true events, a big eye opener for humans who tries to disturb the nature. Director Richie Mehta takes you through wildest wildlife journey, with a strong story and immense moral.
Nimisha will stun you with her powerful acting. Roshan and Dibyendu are a strong supporting cast.
Nature takes care of itself, heals itself and rejuvenates. Humans are just part of it! This is the main theme and it definitely educates us on how to let live the wildlife, nature and just support it than overtake it. Lots of learnings.
Gripping thriller with the right set of ending that will shake the underlying system with grit and honesty.

This webseries will keep you on the edge of your seats on so many moments. Really awesome cinematography and direction. How every scene includes animals in wild or in cities is the highlight of the show. I would highly recommend this webseries to everyone and it shows how poaching industry is destroying the delicate ecosystem of our planet. The buyers are equally to be blamed for the killing of these innocent species. The ending scene was so gut wrenching and the show also provided vital information about elephants and their traits like an elephant needs 14 hours of walk everyday to stay healthy and elephants are social animals, they need their herds. I wonder why we humans domesticate them for using labour and keeping them in shackles for temples.
I enjoyed this so much. Started off curious. Ended on the edge of my seat. I wasn't sure about the dubbed version at first glance (english). However the longer I watched the less noticable it was. I finished the series with joy and with tears in my eyes. The cinematography was well done. The story was well said. The characters were likeable and there was memorable humor and emotion. There's something to be said about a film / series that touches your heart so deeply. Almost like I was meant to watch this. By the end of it I said to myself "I want to help animals, that's it, that's what I want for my life" Good job.
