'The Unfinished Swan (2012)' is a charming puzzle-platformer centered around a young boy who enters an incomplete painting his mother has left behind in search of a mysterious, lonely king. The game features several distinct locations each with their own distinct mechanics. For example, you start in a world that is completely white but have the ability to throw balls of ink; you must splatter the environment carefully to distinguish between objects and manoeuvre past obstacles. Later levels have you using water to grow vines that you can climb on, draw shapes that you can walk on and push around a ball of light to protect you from creatures lurking in the darkness. It's a short but inventive piece, with a wonderful aesthetic and a somewhat wistful tone. It feels like a living storybook, as is intended, and is entertaining throughout. It is simple but that's part of its appeal. It's unique, enjoyable experience. 7/10

THE UNFINISHED SWAN (2012) is a really creative narrative based fantasy game. Told in a fairy tale like fashion. The player is a child who enters an unfinished painting his mother left behind in search of a lonely king and a mysterious swan.
The story is told well and the music is really great also. The concept of being within a blank canvas and having to paint not only the world around you but the story as well, is very original. At times it became a big tedious and hard on the eyes and I found myself having a lot of eye strain after playing. However it isn't very long and the story is very charming and cute. I would recommend giving it a chance.
STORY: 8/10 GAMEPLAY: 8/10 GRAPHICS: 6/10 ART DESIGN: 6/10 MUSIC: 9/10 OVERALL RATING: 7.

Parents that can't finish anything,
It has live in my head for many years now. I played it first on my ps3 in 2014 and the game has been in stalking me ever since it's not the gameplay that takes me back to it, The music is amazing, but the story, story about a family of artist who can't finish anything.
The visuals has a timeless quality to them. They feel as beautiful to me as today as from 10 years ago, the different colors and darkness and just the music make me go into a trends while playing it.
The beautiful thing about the slow gameplay, it's really makes one think, I begin to think back on my parents with their lives, They have told me about and how I have learned from it and can make different decisions.
The last section of the game is one of my favorite of any game. It is a timeless piece about art and The Creator and I think it's, one of the most beautiful things games have created.
Art can make your laugh and art can make your think, this one made me think.

Mesmerizing, magical, exciting. Could be perfect if there were some minor changes, but otherwise perfect.
