Nastya introduces her parents to her boyfriend, aspiring rapper Igor Pidzhakov. Igor immediately charms his mother, but his father reacts ambiguously to the news about the couple's decision to get married. Nastya's father decides to get to know his future son-in-law better and, having heard that Igor wants to shoot a video, Viktor declares that he urgently needs to see Evgenich.

Igor wants to make Evgenich popular and registers him on social networks. But Viktor says that no one should know about the musician. Nastya gets a job with Anton Kasetov, Evgenich's longtime enemy.

Nastya urges Igor to write the chorus, because she has a chance to show her fiancé's song to Anton Kasetov. And Evgenich continues to produce hits and receives another task to write a song.

Anton Kasetov guesses that Evgenich takes part in writing Igor's songs. He develops an insidious plan, which he tries to implement with the help of Nastya. Meanwhile, Nastya is immersed in other problems and announces to her parents that there will be no wedding.

Nastya finds the shelter of her father's friend. Anton Kasetov, threatening to fire her, demands new scandals or hits from her. Nastya tells him about a genius who has not left the basement for 30 years and writes songs for all the stars.

Anton Kasetov gives Nastya the task of filming what Evgenich is doing. Meanwhile, Viktor and Evgenich quarrel over financial issues. And the stars continue to ask Viktor to help create songs. Who will write hits for them now?

Because of jealousy, Nastya has to tell about the installed cameras. Viktor is angry with his daughter, because no one should know about Evgenich. Nastya and Igor persuade Viktor to put aside his prejudices and tell people about his friend's talent.

Evgenich's friends are trying to deal with the consequences of the pogrom that someone staged in his house. Now Evgenich will not be able to write songs not only for the stars, but also for himself. And will celebrities want to order songs from him after Kasetov's film?

Evgenich and his support group come to Anton Kasetov's office. He is trying to understand the causes of a long-standing conflict. Kasetov suggests forgetting about the differences and informs Evgenich that he has prepared a special prize for him at the music award - "Composer of the Year". Should we believe him?

The New Year is coming, and Evgenich is already ready for the holiday. He usually celebrates it alone. But this time the musician hopes to celebrate the New Year in the company of friends and invites Viktor, Zhanna, Igor and Nastya. But the family has its own plans for New Year's Eve.
