Toni Fields has hopes of making it to the Olympics, she graduate from high school and earns a full athletic scholarship to Williams University. She faces drama her first day.
After a loss to the Track team, Toni leaves school and her sister Kendra steps in to take over the reigns. Sasha doesn't want her on the team because of her cousin, so she pushes to have her removed.
After the nasty incident on the track, Kendra gets advice from her mother. She tries to only focus on school and training, but a ugly rumor starts spreading throughout the school.
Kendra decides to take on the challenge from Sasha head on. Tasha tries to steer Kendra in the right direction. When Kendra tries to prove who's the best at practice, things quickly gets ugly on the track.
To put an end to the ongoing feud, Kendra takes matters into her own hands. She learns more about the football team, and it causes her to regret a decision.
Coach discovers that one of the track girls are pregnant. She decides to do something about it. Sasha and Kendra still don't see eye to eye. Sasha hears a rumor that doesn't turn out well.
