You can find it on SNES however due to it being rare hard to find, it will be very expensive to buy costing over $100 used. A cheaper option buy it on the Super Famicom but you'll need a Super Famicom console to play it on, be aware there will be Japanese text in the opening and ending and some English but otherwise you can just fight enemies thoughout the game.
A cheaper alternative would be to buy the arcade version for Playstation 2 or Xbox called Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 2 or in the handheld Playstation Portable in Capcom Classics Collection: Reloaded.

In the Arcade version of Knights of the Round, every time you attack a human soldier with your sword or axe an orange attack mark will show and the soldiers will scream, also the use of the word "Holy" is used in the opening scene. Also the arcade music uses instrumental synthesizer rock music in the soundtrack.

The word "Holy" has been omitted from the Super Nintendo version, the soldiers realistic scream has been altered to be muffled. Also the SNES music pretty much the same but the music sound is much different which uses actual music instruments such as the flute, trumpet, and the church organ.
The fight with the tigers are depicted to be anatomically correct when you knock them back with your weapon, their genitals are briefly shown which has slipped past the Nintendo censorship and was featured in the arcade version which was unusual at the time before the 1994 ESRB rating was established.
