The old bodyguard Wan Renjie has three apprentices, all of whom fall in love with Renjie's daughter Shuqin. Shuqin only loves her younger brother Xu Qiuyan, and she is forced to marry her senior brother Cheng Suozhong by her father. The second senior brother Jia Yunbiao killed Shuqin's father and daughter because of jealousy. Shuqin gave birth to twins on her deathbed. Yunbiao was deceived by her maid, Chunxiang, into thinking that the baby boy was her own, so she abducted him and named him Jianxiong; Suozhong adopted a baby girl and named him Xiaoman; When Jianxiong grows up, he falls in love with Xiaoman, a restaurant girl, but he doesn't know that the person he loves is his own sister. Xiaoman doesn't love Jianxiong but falls in love with Qiuyan the Ranger, but he doesn't know that Qiuyan is his biological father. Jianxiong forced Xiaoman to go home, Qiuyan drew his sword to save him, met Yunbiao, and finally killed Yunbiao to avenge his old friend. Suo Zhong took the opportunity to explain the truth, and Xiaoman was happy to be reunited with his biological father and brother.
