Welcome to Shangri;Enfer, where people prioritize logic over emotion and some are born with psychological abilities, depending on each person's mental capacity. Thanks to this, Shangri;Enfer enjoys low crime rates, so such things as robbery or attacks rarely happen. This peace is short lived though, when a mysterious figure named Hein, appears and vows to wipe out all users of psychological abilities in existence, calling herself a reaper of justice. Follow Luciana as she is targeted by the reaper for a month, in a series of brutal murders, and discover three mysterious women who enter her life, changing it forever.
