Mango Park Police Sergeant Rose catches a suspect attempting to break into a car at the mall. He places the perpetrator under arrest and places him in the back of his squad car. During the transport process, the suspect gets loose and evades Sgt. Rose. While running away, the suspect encounters a young lady in the park who seems to be in distress. He quickly realizes she is choking and must make a split second decision - help the young woman in need or continue to run away.
