The actors try, but they only manage to make fun of themselves with their sinister game! Most of them are not actors, they are singers, they are anything but actors. The Romanian acting school had great actors, who also played in international productions.
Those of today are a pale shadow of those before 1989. Everything is so lame...from the sets, weapons, acting, everything, everything, everything!
You can't have expectations from a scripted joke, written on your knee. You can say that it is an attempt at comedy, transformed into a grotesque parody!
Olimpia Melinte is the only ray of sunshine in this sinister film. But she doesn't manage to illuminate anything either...
All in all = better waste your time reading a book!!
The so-called "comedy" features the dumbest humor, akin to the primitive flip-flop kind seen in Asian viral videos on Facebook. Moments where a gut-wrenchingly painful blow to the groin is supposed to be hilariously funny. You could even say this film insults the Gypsy community, for whom it was supposedly made. Almost all the actors are Gypsy, perhaps including the aged Melinte, who plays a ridiculously "zen" character.
Nothing in this film relates to reality or common sense: a psychotic cop shoots a printer in a fit of rage, another goes to confront bandits armed with a slingshot... And other ideas so stupidly naive, they seem imagined by a seventh-grader who isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. The fight scenes are choreographed in a stunningly idiotic manner.
The most cringe-worthy character is played by a plastic doll with neon teeth, going by the name Ruby Maneloasa. A deep disgust accompanies you throughout the film, but you're guaranteed to vomit during the scene where a policeman releases himself in the most vulgar, thuggish behavior imaginable.
This film is a must-watch, even if only in fragments depending on your stomach, to understand the "thinking" of wretched and retarded generations.
Do not waste your time or money on this.
I cannot empasize how bad this movie is. The acting is just horrible... the scenes, the plot, the clichés. I honestly don't know how Sergiu Costache and Olimpia Melinte accepted to play in such a kitschy and awfully bad movie.

Bad acting ( mainly because the actors were people that have nothing to do with acting however they are famous in Romania for the type of music that they create, the writer of this movie was a 14 year old, the visual/sound effects editor was inspired from a cheap head&shoulders commercial all the time, everything was out of sync and frewware effect that were poorly implemented.
If you are still fame for this movie, take some ear protection because the gun sounds are horrible.
