It's a fun family movie that has the flavor of the show with bad CGI that is below average when it could have been better. It has a nostalgic feel for fans of the show, but it looks rather simple. As for the acting, Max and Phoebe save the day. Colosso scenes are very entertaining and should definitely have been seen more on screen. Ms. Wong is quite funny and contributes to the laughs. Don't expect character development or a good plot. This is a production that will only please the followers of the series. A better script, effects etc. Could have made the movie a bit more interesting. Suitable for those who want to have a good time with their family and have some laughs.
Where do I start the bad cgi (worst than the show from 2013) it doesn't feel like a movie just a episode with a low budget and I enjoyed the show very much and the characters shows little to no development from 2018 but other than that it just feel like a bad episode from the show. Most of the sets that's not the original sets looks bad like the whole first scene the superpower look bad the meteor looks bad when they destroy it, it looks horrible. But the positives they got all the old cast back and most of the sets that came from the old show they look the same but because of the bad cgi , sets and low budget feeling I can't give it above a 3.
The performances delivered by the actors were commendable, but the computer-generated imagery (CGI) effects fell short of expectations in certain scenes. The pacing of the storyline was quite rapid, and it seemed like the antagonists were vanquished too effortlessly. The ending was left open-ended, hinting at a possible sequel in the future. Therefore, if you go in with moderate expectations, you might enjoy the movie, although there are a few overwhelming aspects, they do not necessarily detract from the overall experience. Also, I find a disappointing that they did not put this movie in theaters.
I don't really get the negative reviews so far. People just want a reason to be mad and complain, and really can't seem to use the right words or spell them correct correctly. It really wasn't that bad, it was pretty good. It took me back. The CGI wasn't that bad either, and I'm not gonna write a bad review just based off of the CGI, it feels like the original show and I think that's what they were aiming for. The new suits looked incredible, and I loved the little cliffhanger at the end, maybe hinting at a new movie or possibly renewing the series ..? Haha.
I enjoyed the little plot twist, I love that they were able to bring back the original cast. It took me back, the lines, the acting the actors everything, means a lot to me brought back that little bit of innocence.
The sets were re-created perfectly, just how I remember. It was also very comical, It got some smiles, and some laughs out of me. It felt like I was watching the original series, maybe like a special two-part event, put together. It really is A feel good movie.
Overall really felt like the original series, the nostalgia was there, I remember I was so set on trying to get on the show when I was like nine, that's when I really got into acting so it took me back to that. All in all, with the way, it made me feel, the meaning it had to me, and still does, the actors, the writing, the sets I give it a 9/10 I do wish It could've been a little little bit longer, I didn't want it to end.. I also wanted to see what happened to Colosso's son... that's my review. I really enjoyed the movie, hopefully we get another series renewal or maybe just one more movie. Great job guys!

This is made for 5 years old kids who would not notice the bad cgi. I don't remember the cgi in the show being so horrible, maybe because i was little. What was the budget for the cgi? Let me guess, they gave 5 bucks to a 7th grader to make this in class. Anyway, funny script and nice plot, okay acting. Got bored so i start going through my phone and left the movie as a background. I watch disney channel shows even tho i'm 20 for the nostalgia but this was not for me. Think i enjoyed the show more. Now when i watch it as an adult it's so weird seeing how they did that rabbit pet. If the cgi was not that noticeble i think it would've turn out better. But it's made for kids so don't expect much.
