Want to see more of Mandy and George

Want to see more of Mandy and George

I love it how the writers wrote Mandy & George relationship so beautifully. That's so realistic and heart melting. I wish they both had their own series or dedicated episodes.

So well thought out story with such a strong message for all those loosers who back out from their responsibility.

Can't get enough of this story. To be honest I forward only to the parts where both of them are together in a scene and watch over and over again.

Actually these characters are as powerful and compelling as are the actors portraying so beautifully.

Can't wait for the next season. I hope they release it as soon as possible.

    Slow but some good moments

While the characters had some good interactions in this episode, the show's overall story arc still seems to be moving at a slow pace.

The episode sees Sheldon and Missy bonding over classic 90s soap opera Beverly Hills 90210, which I found important in the sense that Sheldon reached out to connect with Missy (even if he didn't know that's what he was going).

Georgie continues to show great maturity with his life decisions, and might be about to get rewarded for it.

Unfortunately, despite these moments of interest, the show's overall story arc still feels like it's moving at a slow pace. It can be frustrating to watch, as the show seems to be taking its time getting to the meat of what it wants to explore.

    • Trivia
Sheldon is wearing a T-shirt with the superhero Green Lantern's symbol on it. Unlike his other heroes, Green Lantern would seem the most appropriate because Green Lantern's power comes from the "Guardians of the Universe", a race of omnipotent beings at the center of the universe who are immortal. Sheldon would not be able to resist the high intelligence, high discipline, and limitless power of these beings.
    • Goofs
The scene of Sheldon explaining the subtext of Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990) to George seems to be out of order. George says 'that guy' (Dylan) is upset because he's thirty and still in high school. Sheldon replies that he thought the same but it turns out his father died in a car explosion recently. After that, Sheldon pauses to listen to the music and confirms it's sad. It would make more sense for Sheldon to listen to and confirm sad music before George says what he did about Dylan's age, and then Sheldon saying what he did about the car explosion.

Missy Cooper: Come on! Even prisoners get to go out to the yard for an hour a day!

George Cooper Sr.: Fair enough. There's the yard, knock yourself out.
