The Spawn

Medieval short film about witch hunt drived by a monk. A woman hides her daughter but she is captured and will be condemn to death by fire. Few masked outlaws are prepaired to save her . In conflict between one of group tries, in the dialogue with monk, remind a past episode from his activity.

But his reaction , not surprising, brutal is not a benevolent one.

A sketch about medieval life, precise crafted, well using tension, fair story and clear definition, simplistic, off course, characters.

Not memorable but decent and just charming for the open final, for the remind of guardian angels defining each society.
