I love stand up comedies, i didn't knew Sarah Silverman. This is probably the worst stand up comedy i have watched. It's not bad though. She is definitely smart and funny and this tv special was not boring at all. This was funny., just not hilarious. I was smiling but i didn't laugh even once. Other reviewers wrote that this is not her best job. She has a good reputation judging from what i read here, however this was not very good. I 'll keep an eye on her, i don't feel that i 've wasted my time because this was enjoyable. If you are a fan of stand up comedy and got plenty of time, maybe you should watch it. For sure, there are far better stand up comedies to watch if you don't have much time to spend.
Sarah Silverman is definitely one of my top 5 female comedians of all time, and yes that means she's my fifth favorite female comedian. It's good to finally see her back on stage and long overdue because Louis ck, who has been exiled, should not have more stand-up specials than you filming from his underground hideout of shame. Sarah has a unique style of comedy, she doesn't try to be anyone else but herself. Her stand-up is a raw unfiltered rollercoaster of random thoughts and topics from someone having a manic episode. If you enjoy her style of humor, you'll like this, if not odds are you won't, but in any case it's something to watch to make the time go by.
Oh how the mighty have fallen. Sarah used to be one of the top 4 comedians, PERIOD. Now, I wouldn't put her in the top ten of she/hers. Comedy is supposed to have a revolutionary element to it. Joe Biden would approve of every single joke in this. There is nothing counter culture in this entire special. "Nazi's are bad!" Wow really pushing the boundaries there 🙄 talking about flicking your own bean? Never heard that, at an open mic. The only thing more dried up and squandered than Sarah's career, is her ovaries at this point.
The girl who wasn't afraid to do black face, (because it was hilarious) is long gone, and she will be greatly missed.....

It had been a while since I made contact with any of Sarah's contents, but I was aware that she became much more political in the recent years while doing her podcast. I was kinda expecting that she would try and emphasize political points in this special... BUT NO, NOT AT ALL! Sarah delivers flawlessly joke after joke in the most inventive, unexpected and refreshingly childish ways; her essence hasn't changed a bit, It's only gotten better... Things are just a little bit different (but in a very good way): Her entire experience and maturity is displayed at all times. I did, in fact, laugh out loud with 80% of the jokes. Her body language has become one of her sharpest and funniest assets. I genuinely felt proud of her for assembling such course of ideas onto this special. I definitely say go for it. Great job, Sarah and her team!
I can tell you that back in the day, when I'd see her around, she was one of my favorites. I was a kid then though. I remember being super impressed when she was on Star Trek Voyager. Honestly though she kind of fell of the radar for me since the 90s. I didn't even realize she was still around until she hosted the Daily Show. I made it a point to watch all the ones she did and they were great. Took me a little while to get to this, but it was entertaining. She's still pretty good. Not as many laugh out loud moments as I recall from back in the day, nothing so groundbreaking, but the jokes all land and her stage persona is still really likeable. I'd give this a watch if you were ever a fan. 8/10.
