A tale based on a down to earth, stubborn woman and a playful yet aloof gentle(ish)man. I'm trying to keep away from spoilers but I love the running question of what fate is. A curse that cannot be escaped or a thread you can drag to your destination kicking and screaming?
The snarky young lady is reincarnated in a meek woman's place she knows is destined to die from murder and is trying to live by dancing through her death flags and seeks the initially reluctant aid of her friends future husband- the books male lead. Surprise; isakai. Will her fate snap her up or will she outlive her previous self in this new world full of monsters? There are also actual monsters too.
Next season please.

This anime is really a great creation such a plot twist and storyline i have never ever watched before . If I were to be honest I really liked Noah 's character the most when he kept flirting with raeliana all the time and though it seemed there were hardly a chance for romantic gestures between them ,the whole anime is filled with beautiful depiction of love in the French history if I am taking it right way . I want to see more of them and further just like I am addicted to the series . And more importantly of I put forward ,this animation deserves more seasons as there is much more content onwards to carry on the plot secondly which show hasn't got popularity for season 2 . We just want more and I am going to suggest this anime to my every colleagues .loved it ,waiting for more ,please don't disappoint us .
This is actually an intriguing anime. It starts off mysterious and game like but has a simple comedic quality that pushes it along. Normally you'd think it would be relying on the comedy too much but the way they have written the story it just flows right along with it. The visuals especially with the clothing detail is breath taking. The characters start out very well. You get good detail on them or at least a sense of who they are but in a way that doesn't break off from the story.
However just after half way that just stops. The last few episodes are more like a hurry to the edge and then it just ends.
The main question of how she got there and why isn't answered, how the main story plot is resolved and actually ends, the explanation of the newer supporting characters and why they are even there at all.
If they spent 12 more episodes on finishing the plot, merging in these new characters, answering the lingering questions and actually ending the story line it would have easily been a 10/10. However they didn't so 6/10.

Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion
is a captivating tale that weaves elements of mystery, romance, and fantasy into a compelling narrative. At its heart, the story follows Raeliana McMillan, a young woman who finds herself reincarnated into the world of a novel she once read. Unfortunately, she is now living as a minor character destined to die early in the plot. Determined to change her fate, Raeliana devises a plan to alter the course of events by aligning herself with the influential Duke Noah Wynknight.
The novel skillfully explores themes of destiny and choice, as Raeliana navigates the complexities of her new life and the intrigue of high society. Through clever strategy and a dash of courage, she strives to forge her own path, all while unraveling secrets that could alter the very fabric of the story's world. Along the way, she encounters unexpected friendships, dangerous adversaries, and even the possibility of true love.

I've read the manga several times so I know it pretty well by now. I was looking forward to the anime version, but worried I might be disappointed. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised! The script is basically the same, and they include all important scenes. The depictions of Noah and Rae are pretty spot on, so I'm happy with it. The anime itself is super interesting and unique. For anyone who likes romance anime with a hint of comedy it's a must! All the anime I've seen had romance of kids, or teens, so it's nice to see the romance in an adult world for once! I hope we can expect more isekai/romance anime like this (no harem), in the future!
