Two team captains join hosts Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini on a visit to an Italian cheese cave that has been operating for over a thousand years. After an invaluable cheese tasting, the two leaders must purchase their main ingredients BEFORE they know what their challenge is, which impedes even the most successful chefs. At the end of what is their most difficult round yet, one more chef will be sent home.

Four remaining chefs face a wild boar challenge with two eliminations, battling for spots in the life-changing finale.

The finale plans of the two remaining chefs, Natalia Rosario and Saba Duffy, are turned upside down and inside out when the hosts and judges, Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini, invite some "familia" back to the beautiful Tuscan villa for one last chance at redemption.

Eliminated chefs compete for a spot in the finale. The winner joins two finalists to cook a final meal, vying for a culinary education prize across Italy with renowned chefs.
