Derek Savage and Cool Cat in Cool Cat vs Dirty Dog: The Virus Wars (2023)

Goofs

Cool Cat vs Dirty Dog: The Virus Wars

Edit

Factual errors

Like in Cool Cat Fights Coronavirus (2021) the song "Coronavirus is a scam" is credited in the closing credits as "Corinavirus is a scam".

Revealing mistakes

When Dirty Dog is watching Cool Cat and Derek leaving the house he is clearly standing at a different location entirely. The scenes of Cool Cat and Derek leaving the house is reused footage from older Cool Cat movies which were filmed in a different location entirely than this movie.
The breaking news alert on the radio was used twice while it suppose to be different moments.
When Cool Cat is singing "Let's Take A Picture" in the greenscreen room parts of his hands are cut off due to the video editing effect.
Cool Cat's singing voice doesn't change either he is singing into his microphone or is far away or even in front of it not singing into it at all, obviously due to the playback.
When Momma Cat is cutting the cabbage, it is clearly visible that she is not cutting at all.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Derek said "Let's look around", when they are at the house, there is a hard audio cut at the "D".
When Derek is at the new house and says "That's all right, man" and the following dialogue before calling the real estate agent, the lines don't fit with his lips movements.
The voice of Col. Nall and his lip movements when being on his Harrier Jet don't match.

Crew or equipment visible

During the Cool Cat PSA lights are visible in Cool Cat's eyes.
When Dirty Dog is singing "Dirty Dog is the Baddest" a camera man is briefly visible on the right side of the screen.

Character error

In the Cool Cat PSA Derek Savage says that they hope to see the viewers on the next episode. It is clearly reused footage from the pilot for "Cool Cat Flips A House" but since this is a movie and not a TV series, this line doesn't fit.
Dirty Dog has his phone already in his hand when saying that he has a breaking news notification. However before he said that he pulled out his phone and acted like he received something. This is either caused by wrong directing or by incorrectly added voice over.
When Cool Cat trips Dirty Dog up he asks "How's the dirt taste, Dirty Dog?" However Dirty Dog's face didn't even touch the ground so the line doesn't make any sense.
Derek asked Cool Cat if he wants to go to his new house to learn some construction. However when being at the house no construction lessons were actually shown.
Earlier in the movie Derek said that Cool Cat would own the new house. However later in the movie they want to sell it on the same day.
